Roaster's Notes

Just like the Lorina, the Daterra Laurina, is a very hard variety to roast. But since I have been roasting this coffee for the past 6 years I was able to figure out a way to express all the beautiful qualities that I love about this coffee. It is very consistent year after year with the notes that I found in this coffee. Green grape, honey, and magnolia. Beautiful tartaric acidity that is sparkles your mouth, low silky body with a honey medium sweetness that makes it easy to drink this coffee every day. My two favorite ways to prepare this coffee are a pour-over with a conic shape and an Iced coffee.
